Curtain Library by Bella (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a mobile quotation app used by team members to create quotations for clients. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1) Information we collect

• Client information: client name, phone number, town (free entry), location (free entry).
• Quotation information: measurements, room names, window data, pricing inputs (fabric/stitching/tape/VAT/installation), totals, and quote ID.
• Account information: phone number and Firebase user identifier (uid) for team login.
• Usage/diagnostics (optional): app error logs needed to improve reliability (depends on device settings and Firebase services enabled).

2) How we use information

• To create and manage client quotations and export PDFs.
• To sync data between authorized team members’ devices (multi-user mode) using Firebase.
• To prevent abuse and secure access (authentication and authorization).
• To improve app performance and fix issues.

3) Where data is stored

• On-device: local storage (Hive) for offline use.
• Cloud: Firebase (Firestore) for sync across devices in the same workspace.

4) Sharing of information

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only:

• With authorized team members in the same workspace (to collaborate on quotations).
• With service providers required to run the app (e.g., Firebase Authentication/Firestore).
• If required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5) Data retention

Quotation and client records are retained for business operations. If you need records removed, contact support. If a record is deleted, it may persist in backups for a limited time.

6) Security

We use authentication and access controls (Firebase) to protect data. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

7) Your choices

• You can request correction of client details if entered incorrectly.
• You can request deletion of data (subject to business/legal requirements).
