These Terms govern the use of the Curtain Library by Bella quotation app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who can use the App

• The App is intended for authorized team members and business operations.
• You must use the App lawfully and only for legitimate quotation and client management purposes.

2) Accounts and access

• Login is handled via Firebase Authentication (phone number sign-in).
• You are responsible for protecting access to your phone/device and OTP codes.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the system or violate these Terms.

3) Data and content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of client details and measurements you enter.
• The App generates quotations based on inputs provided; final pricing decisions remain your responsibility.

4) Sync and collaboration

• The App may sync data between multiple team devices through a shared workspace.
• Connectivity issues can delay sync; the App is designed to work offline with later sync where possible.

5) Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (network and platform limitations may apply).

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, arising from use of the App.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
